You can send your unwanted precious metal items by 'special delivery' via your local post office. This is a fully insured registered post for up to £2,500 (insurance is included in our offer). Items are then appraised and digitally weighed with certified gold scales. We will then contact you with our offer.
We offer individual prices for differing types of carat gold.
Our customers can rely on a quick and personal service. Normally payment by return in 24 hours if posted on a SATURDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for payment for Thursday and Friday postings. In the unlikely event that you do not agree with our offer we will send back the items free of charge. We are always pleased to help and advise.

All you have to do is:
- Request a Pavilion PM PostSafe envelope (a customer return form and secure pack are provided within our envelope).
- When you have received your PostSafe envelope add your name, address and postcode on the outside of the bag.
- Tick the appropriate value box ( up to a maximum of £ 2,500 ).
- Receive your Post Office receipt and they will guarantee next day delivery to us by 1pm under the special delivery service. It is that simple!

There are 3 options available for your payment: Bank transfer (we pay cash direct into your bank account on day of receipt), cheque payment with receipt (sent 1st Class) or cash sent special delivery with receipt.
All transactions are treated in the strictest confidence.
